Gerald Gratton
Chairman of the board
Gerald started his career as a sales manager for Chiquita bananas and was quickly promoted to Western Canada Sales Manager, launching a long and fruitful career on sales management. After a few years, wanting to go back closer to home, Gerald accepted the position of Quebec and Atlantic Sales Manager for Lipton, now Unilever, who was one of the worldwide leaders in the food industry. His path at Lipton enabled him to add Ontario to his management experience as well as an in-depth knowledge of multiple different product categories and of the industry as a whole, thanks to the significant portfolio of the company. It was the perfect school of life for brokerage, an adventure he decided to embark upon in 1991! Now chairman of the board since 2018, Gerald still provides his deep knowledge and unrivaled experience for the benefit of AGG.
Marc-André Gratton
President
Marc-Andre joined the business in 2005, with a strong sales background in multiple industries, even including co-ownership of a small business in the computer field with an associate during his school years, before joining with a bachelors in Management from HEC Montreal where his business plan project focussed on the growth of the business. Gerald and Marc-Andre being strong supporters of earning your own stripes, Marc-Andre started from the base in our retail division, moving on to special projects and starting to manage territories and portfolios of increasing importance following his successes and then accessing to his first management position in 2011. Owner since 2016, and president since 2018, Marc-Andre has an in-depth knowledge of multiple product categories as well as a large network of contacts in multiple regions, which he uses for the success of his business and their partners. Marc-André also has his own sales accounts in the Montreal area.
Ralph Hollander
Ontario Sales Manager
Ralph joined AGG in 2010 et his Ontario Sales Manager since 2017. Like the majority of our employees, Ralph has a solid in food sales, with over 30 years of experience in food brokerage. His knowledge of products, his contacts and his drive to “close the sale” are assets that demonstrate all of the excellence Ralph brings to his role. In line with the company’s philosophy, Ralph also has his own accounts in the GTA and Ottawa areas, where he uses his numerous talents to obtain an unmatched level of success.

Bernard Cousin
Working at AGG since over 20 years, Bernard brings passion and expertise to his customers who thank him for his excellence. Bernard is in charge of development in Eastern Montreal, Lanaudiere, Mauricie and Abitibi.

With multiple years of experience in sales, Bill brings his excellent energy and his support to our company for the New Brunswick and PEI provinces.
Claude Chabot
Thanks for her in-dept experience of the food business in Eastern Quebec and of her unyielding determination, Claude brings excellent results in Quebec and Eastern Quebec.
Doug Lind
Having over 20 years of experience in food sales, Doug brings his expertise in the Nova Scotia and Newfoundland territories to generate excellent results.
Pierre Brisson
Pierre is a true encyclopedia of knowledge, strong of over 30 years of experience in the food business. His excellent product knowledge is a priceless resource for his customers of Monteregie and Estrie.
Peter Senisi
Peter is our newest addition to the team as Business Development Manager for the GTA. A real sales pro, Peter has excellent contacts in all levels of the industry in the GTA.
Lyne Couture
With over 10 years of experience at AGG, Lyne is a door buster using her experience to generate excellent sales results for Eastern Laval and the Laurentides.
